Wow, gee, thanks!
what the fuck i always thought it was shift+backspace
What the hell. So did I. [editline]08:41PM[/editline]
Or you could just use the old fashioned Ctrl+Alt+Del
Ctrl+Shift+Esc is easier to hit and it bypasses Windows Security Options in all versions of Windows. And now that it's there by default in Vista and 7 has become way more popular.
I'm gonna use this from now on..
edit: Great discovery number 2: Holy freaking shit, when you CTRL+backspace the url in the navigation bar of your browser you can remove special parts from it. On this thread's url: you can remove the thread id, and then the parameters and etc...
This. You are a great man, Osherzz.
"I have just discovered the most useful thing since sliced bread " Awww. I feel so useless and unloved...

Welcome to 1966, this was originally created for the SDS 940.
I knew this a long time ago.
Awesome! I used to manually highlight the word or backspace too far, now I don't anymore. This might just bring about world peace.
Anyone who doesn't already know that is a macfag! ctrl delete works just as well (for you macfags out there).
IT Works
Awesome, now I don't need to worry about clicking to back to a goddamn letter to remove it, or fuck an entire word with the backspace alone. Rated useful.
This is a [editline]04:21AM[/editline] It worked! THANK YOU!
This is like that thread about CTRL+B, CTRL+I and CTRL+U; only more useful.
Oh wow!No more backspace tapping!:v: BTW,same could be achieved highlighting words....
Holy dick Why does nobody tell you these things? Rated useful. The only useful one I know is Ctrl+2 in Microsoft Word double-spaces your work automatically.
And control square brackets increases/decreases text size
In Opera holding right click and pressing left click goes back. Holding left click and pressing right click goes forward. Damn useful!
Ctrl-Shift-Esc opens Task Manager directly.
I like doing this, the way my fingers are laid out it makes me feel like I'm having a Vulcan Mind Meld with the computer.
