Nooo :'( Why did you sell it?
[sp]honestly, I've been thinking about the same thing, but I'll give it a shot in spring before I do it[/sp]
I didnt use it much, and the insurance was a drain. Plus its just too slow haha. Ive only gotten 62 mph out of it. I plan on doing my A2 license over summer and getting a dr-z400 or something similar, but that might not be until I leave University (another 2 years :c)
I bought a buell again, I had to sell my last one to help pay some unplanned expenses.
Two weekends ago I bought my 2003 xb9s from Hal's Harley Davidson in New Berlin, WI. I paid $3200 for the bike, and was driven by a female hd employee that was traded in. It has about 5000 miles, and it came with the 04 belt upgrade and cherry bomb airbox and windscreen, and has new Michelin pilot pro tires.
I have already ordered a hawk exhaust, ecm tune, tail chop, cateye blinkers, and I am doing something similar to this led taillight. I am going to do the right side air scoop next and whenever these tires need replacing, I am going to have my buddy powder coat them black or red to match the airbox/windscreen.
