Really depends on the kid involved. Some kids just cry everytime they can because they want/need attention, sometimes they have a good cause to cry and need to be comforted. If a kid is just a brat and a total baby as said above, then you know not to pay much attention.

Pulkit was a total asshole and bullied me for a few years before that. He was one of those rich snobby kids who got everything he wanted.
It was justified imo.
