It never said babies. It said children. Thant can mean from ages 1-10, or even 1-17. Not that I support Fox News.

Fox News is the one thing I hate that comes from Seattle. Even their general broadcasting sucks.

There are no news sources that aren't biased, more people disagree with Fox though.
