Absolutely amazing movie. The less you know about it before you see it the better. I was really surprised. I can't recommend it highly enough.

loved every moment of this movie, it was fucking amazing. best movie i've seen in a looong time.
What a great movie it turned out to be. The role the robot ended up playing was quite surprising, I expected another HAL.

This movie was awesome, even though the twist was expected as soon as [sp]he crashed and then woke up perfectly fine in the infermary[/sp],it still left a nice plot along with it. :D

I saw this a few days ago, it was pretty good. Left me a bit confused about the plot in the end, but I think I've got it figured out.

[sp]the original is the one back earth who hands the baby child over to the mom, probably his face accidentally got in the video therefore that part of the video was cut out.
We don't really know if the original Sam ever actually went to the moon. But probably not, because he was back home with the child during the time she was recording the videos for the agency to keep sending to the cloned Sams.[/sp]
[sp]The videos are prerecorded from when the original Sam WAS in fact on the moon. He only served his 3 years, and then went home. The videos are legit, but they just keep playing them on repeat to the clones.[/sp]

I stand corrected.
For those in the UK that still want to see it in the cinema - check out Vue and Odeon cinemas, some are still showing it. You may find your local city doesn't have it though; for me the nearest was Lancaster, a short hop down the trainline away.
It should be out on DVD soon anyway, however.
...One of the most awesome sci-fi films I've ever seen.
