Actually I don't think they can, passwords are encrypted and not decryptable as I understand it.
Garry could probably take vbulletin to bits but other than that I don't think there's any way to do it.

No vbulletin has a feature where you go into edit a users advanced profile (Admin only) and you can type a password for that user, but on the other hand mikfoz wouldn't be able to log in..

Moderating a forum full of fags for fully 4 years (lots of f's) is horrible when everytime you ban someone, they just come back on an alt and do the exact same shit over again.
If this forum just had IP bannings, so that a ban was actually a ban, then the job of the moderator would be a whole lot easier.

Yes, we do get a little bit of leeway, but not much, and if we start banning just because we feel like it, we'll lose or moderatorship.
