Abuse in the context of this forum is banning without a good reason, but as the moderation team are the people who collectively decide what constitutes a good reason, they can more or less do what they like.
Individually they are bound to the group decisions, but as a group they can do almost anything, although hezzy and finally garry have the ultimate say.
So if the moderation team agrees that it is a good reason, it is a good reason, and that's that.
