I felt like that when I gave up gmod general, it isn't pleasant to realise there is an endless tide of idiocy and you simply don't have enough eyes and arms to stop it.

But demodding solved that, the first thing I felt after being demodded was mild surprise, then extreme releif, because it's not no longer my problem, I can frolic joyously through the forums without having to check in on gmod general ever again.

Can't imagine why he wouldn't just resign modship if he didn't want to have to chase after people.
