You see, he made the sea of piss. He didn't realize it because in his old age he has problems controlling his bladder. Now that he realized he is pissing in the sea of piss he himself made, he banned himself so he could refuse the temptation of facepunch and start cleaning it all up. Mystery solved.

In my opinion, from the information linked moderator thread, Mikfoz was more of the victim. Yes he did permaban a few users for minor offenses, but as deadbeef said, garry did it to. He did undo the bans and I think that warning would have been sufficient. His 2+ years on the forums as super mod means nothing apparently.
Lot's of the moderators do crazy shit and get away with it. Hezzy "gave" his account to some random person for no real reason. (Gave is in quotes because I doubt it happened)
