I work Loss Prevention and it's obvious what was happening. The guy was doing his job and trying to stop a suspected shoplifter and instead of stopping she probably ran or ignored him. She says she came with someone else who was the one caught stealing but that's her side of the story, for all we know she was some sort of accessory to it or has product on her.
But because she's a woman someone decides to be a white knight and make it impossible to just do their job. Instead of being a bitch she should have minded her own business and waited for the Police to show up.
This happens quite frequently and usually only when you're stopping female shoplifters. Because it's a woman spectators assume they're immediately innocent because apparently women can do no wrong. This issue is 100x worse when the shoplifter decides to feed into the shit by shouting "Help!" "I'm being attacked" "I didn't do anything" etc. etc.
It's just dumb bullshit. The women in the video has no idea what she's talking about and needs to fuck off.
