I use both, the 7D is a little better for video, the smaller sensor makes it render frames faster and even allows 60fps (at a lower resolution but still high res). Also it's light so it's less torture on the arm when using a steadicam.

Ugh, birdwatchers. They rock up with their pro spec body and massive telephoto just to take pictures of birds to get the most detailed shots that can. This I am fine with, but it really grinds my gears when they clog up forums and other photo hosting mediums with literally hundreds of shots of maybe 2-3 birds and expect to be treated like gods.
