I don't know whether this is "that guy" enough, but when nothing's in focus and the pic isn't even that good, why bother watermarking it, uploading it to flickr and making a copyright claim?!

Spot metering threw the exposure meter way off. One is overexposed and another is under as heck. Why did he use spot metering? God....
i'm pretty sure spot metering is when you take photos of dogs named spot
