The closest I can come up with is the 1959 Dodge lineup. But it doesn't quite match.

I posted the picture of the '59 Dodge 4 minutes before you edited your post with the same image. Also, generally you wait for verification that you're right before going and posting a new image. Doesn't even matter though because rotosherra guessed '59 Dodge before either of us. Most American cars back then didn't have specific model names (because they only made one size of car), just trim levels, so the manufacturer and year are enough.

I figured it was rear engined by the vents on the side so I looked through everything in Wikipedia's "List of rear engine vehicles" until I found the Skoda 110R.

It's a very distinguishable vehicle. Not a hole lot of stuff looks like a Scout, it was what first came to mind when I saw the picture. That or a Bronco II, but the Bronco II doesn't have that kind of body line or roof.
