So I finished uni a year ago which also coincided with my parents (and therefore me too since I couldn't afford to not) moving to the other end of the country (it's about a three hour drive back home). Most of my friends at home also moved out for uni and such so I didn't think it would matter so much. Hoo boy, I didn't realise how blooming hard it is to make new friends once you're not in education anymore! I've been sort of down recently because I've not seen any of my old friends in months and basically aside from conversation with colleagues at the office have had no social interaction with anyone my age in months, either. I've downloaded tinder to try and meet a nice girl around here to try and help with this, but I'm really wondering if there's any other ways to get to know people. I can feel myself starting to get really sad about this, and so I'm trying really hard to find some sort of social life before it's too late and I end up a miserable recluse. Any ideas?
Buy a case a beer and ask a rando if she drinks if she says yeah take her home.
I wish more people were conscious of their smell. I've always been really anal and uptight about body odour / smell, and it really sucks when you get into a morning lecture and your mates or people around you smell like grease / morning smell / unbrushed teeth. or even worse is when they smell like buckets of axe / lynx. like it's proper disgusting and you gotta be polite and are forced to sit next to them for two hours. then by lunch time, i've either adjusted to their smell or it gets blown away by fresh air. unbrushed teeth is inexcusable, that's rotten. is anyone else like this or am i just weird about smells?
I'm like you, I try to be polite but it's hard at times. I bet there have been times where my face involuntarily went to <:( when someone opened their mouth and the smell of rotting food and old coffee assaulted me. I once had to leave a bus because someone who apparently took a morning swim in a pool full of parfyme sat next to me and my eyes pretty much started watering and my throat started burning.

Like when a cute, well-kempt girl comes to you, opens her mouth and JESUS CHRIST it almost knocks you down. I always take a gum before going anywhere, because I'm really self-conscious about this.

His teeth always had shit in it, too. I had to stop sitting near him because when he talked to you it was unbearable. He just had a kid with his smokin' hot wife though so idk maybe it's just me.
A girl I've been talking to for a while and even went up to visit last month suddenly just stopped replying to everything on her social media and texts. Why does everyone I meet and get close to become an unperson.
I play games and nobody love me :c
I had a tight schedule in college, so I didn't have time to shower or clean up after a workout. I always felt bad for people sitting next to me, but I wasn't going to not workout.
You didn't have 10 minutes to shower after a workout? That's something you should, like, make time for
You could also invest in some body wipes. Those exist for when you don't have access to or time to take a shower.
I used to not care much about my personal hygiene, but one day, I actually tried to smell myself, and it was awful. Since then, I've always made sure I at least don't stink when I leave the house.

I brush my teeth every morning and night, but in terms of bad breathe it doesn't seem to help me much. Thankfully I think it's started to get better as I'm trying to eat healthier, just shows that a bad diet can affect your breathe even if you brush your teeth especially if you tend to have stomach acid problems. That being said I can't stand people that don't even try, getting into the habit of being clean and smelling fresh will take you a long way in terms of socialising and making friends. Just because you can't smell something doesn't mean other people can't. In other news: I've been very self-conscious about the hair on my legs since high school, and decided to do laser hair removal yesterday night. I don't know how well it works but apparently after 2 or 3 sessions I should see a big reduction of hair, if you're thinking about doing LHR I say go for it, it's pretty cheap these days and it's better to get it out of the way during winter. and Yes it does hurt like a bitch

I've got pretty hairy legs as well, and I've certainly thought about shaving and waxing 'em a few times, but getting them removed with laser seems like a drastic move.

It's way more affordable than we thought it would be. Just under four hundred bucks for her bum, upper thighs, and pubic region. We'd have done it ages ago if we had known it was going to be that cheap. You gotta figure, ~$400 against a lifetime of razors, shaving creams, inconvenience, etc. Well worth it. We're hoping to save up for her legs and underarms eventually. It's working very well so far, but a little bit different than we expected. We figured, "she goes in all shaved up, gets zapped, and the hair doesn't grow back." It's kind of a delayed reaction, though. She went in shaved, got zapped, and everything grew back in. BUT, after a week or two, she came home and took off her panties to find that huge patches of hair had just fallen out, and then it stopped growing back. She's only had two sessions so far, but we've already seen about a 50% reduction in hair Four more to sessions go, and she should be totally and permanently hairless. Happy days. Would definitely recommend if you're sick of shaving. It's definitely worth the investment and less painful than waxing (Apparently) I don't know if I'm just a giant baby but it was literally torture for me, props to your wife for doing her private areas. I did my full legs and 3/4 arms.

Light skin and dark hair generally need fewer sessions than somebody with very light hair or dark skin. And ye, she agrees with you on the pain. Pretty darn uncomfortable, she says. Butthole is the worst.

i havent posted here in a while but i just wanted to say if anyone who i've bitched about in real life comes across my posts here i'm sorry i didn't mean it, was just having a bad mood swing at the time.
man our boy BDA is all grown up...
Actually, that seems like a still ongoing process.
Today I found out my ex is a total nutjob. The girl I'm currently dating posted something on an old facebook status of mine ,which happened to have my ex tagged in it. My ex texted me saying she didnt like that, I decided to block her from everything because I just want to move on with my life. She eventually sends me an email telling me how rude I was, As if that wasn't bad enough, she then texts a girl I used to be talking to, and tells her all the things I said about her, which I told my ex in trust. She tried to ruin my relation with that girl
Actually, that seems like a still ongoing process.
For whom is it not? I pity anybody who says, "okay, I'm good enough. Time to stop growing as a person."

I wonder if his kids will be tall or short
I wonder if his kids will be tall or short
The first will have his legs and her upper body. The second, his upper body and her legs. The third won't have anything left to take after and so will just take the form of his avatar.
