OP knows nothing about insurance. My truck is in my Dad's name because he gets a better rate than I do, thus I pay less insurance.

My sister drives my mums car all the time (with her permission). On friday when i came home, my sister had an ice pack on her face and she said "i got in an accident". Good thing my parents had insurance, and they're getting a new car. The accident was caused by: ...y ll.ll .....==x ll.ll w.z (i used . to space them out) My sister was turning from w to x, and another guy was going from y to z. She didn't check properly and the guy hit her, and her airbag didn't go off for some reason.

Thread reminds me of Initial D What's wrong with flipping one of those 4WD cars? It's not like you have any mechanical failures or anything - just repair the roof and windows and repaint where necessary and make your sister pay back the money later when she gets a job or something. The worst that could happen is that the roof is crushed in and the windows are all broken and there are scratches on the side of the car, on a simple rollover. Must be a pretty bad driver to not know how to counter-steer in a skid though. I've had a 4WD car spin out right in front of me and they steered off the highway.
