Yep, I've reached the saturation point. I'm pretty much done, moving to Sweden. Gone are our idols of technology and hardwork, replaced by those of glamour and a the depth of a mere facade, hanging on by the threads of wealth to be held high on a pedestal of made of greed and fanaticism. Gone is the notion of a good education, where a teacher was held to the highest regard by society, now replaced with the mindset that teachers are "lazy" or "petty", spoiling our children with the idea that they are simply being treated unfairly, rejecting the thought that perhaps they could work a little harder. Punish those who are weaker, idol those who mock our political system with their corporate earnings and crooked gains. In the present we laze about, assuming that the American Dream is stagnant, when in reality it has died the idea that we are still the greatest country on Earth.
Gone, is all that we once were, the shining brilliance that once stood as a symbol for others as something greater to come, now a dull sheen that shows wear and deep scratches embedded in its surface.
