Failure to comply with MOOA Officals will result in your vessel being revoked of all rights of passage to the Nation, you will be acknowledged as a pirate vessel and sunk upon confrontation. Peru and Bolivia have been trying this since 1884, there was a massive war where Bolivia lost its access to the ocean... Its best if we stay out of Chile for now, I personally hate them but its too big of a tackle.

Well, I was thinking today that we focus mainly on forming an alliance with Peru. We could also benefit each other economically.
Could always take over Paraguay. Read about their history, 95% of all their leaders just seized power.
