That's a thing I would imagine you'd need to see a doctor for.
Do you mean she just plays it off as if it never happened? That's very Costanza of her.
Unrelated question. The girl I'm seeing mentioned to me today that after sex, if I cum inside her, it gets EXTREMELY itchy. She said this never happened with another guy. Could this be an allergic reaction or something? Is there a way to check?
it might not help but take advantage of the opportunity while you can
It's always fun re-realising how bad I am at talking to people I don't know, especially those of the opposite sex. I'm really outgoing in groups, but one-on-one I can never think of what to say.
So I came with the condom on, but while pulling out it spilled out and the rubber unrolled. She forgot her pill the day before so she took the emergency pill right after, now this morning her belly aches and she has vertigo.
What are the chances of being fucked?
Triplets I reckon. Really though, isn't belly pains a symptom of morning after pills?

The aching is probably from the pills -- no one feels morning sickness the day after from impregnation; usually takes around month. She should take a test within the next few weeks, but the chances are low since no semen was directly shot out, and instead only spilled. In the future, make sure you hold the ring around the base of the condom when you pull out.

She offered to try swallowing cum to see if it gives her a sore throat. I told her I didn't think that's how it works but I'm willing to try it.
Right, I think I'm in need of some advice here.
Towards the end of last year I met a girl at a party, we spoke a little bit, and unlike other people I've spoken to she was just stuck in my head for some reason, so for p.much the first time ever for me, I messaged her on fb a couple days later. We get talking etc., eventually I work up the courage to ask if she wanted to meet (we live in different towns, but she's about just shy of an hour away on the train) and she did, which took place about a month after we first met. We had a good time, and ended up going to the same new years eve party the week after and it was lovely.
We didn't see each other for a few weeks after that because she was on holiday, but last weekend just there I went up to see her again, it was great as usual, and this weekend she's coming down to visit me.
Now like, before her I'd never even came close to seeing someone like this, and I do notice I think that because its my first time doing this, I feel like I can at times (not openly, just while I'm alone with my thoughts) get too attached? Like I'm aware that any strong feelings I have at this stage isn't "love" or anything like that and is likely just down to the excitement of seeing someone new etc. (this isn't me trying to sound like a sociopath btw, I've lurked here a few times and read a few of you talking about infatuation 'n' that), but I do know that I genuinely do like her, I'm normally a bit shy/reserved in one-to-one things but with her I just feel really comfortable.
On our last date we both said we'd like to keep seeing each other, idk whether or not I'd class this as a 'relationship' or something, that was only our 3rd date and I'm super reluctant to try moving fast, not just because I don't want to intimidate her in any way, but also for myself because this is my first time doing anything like this and I just want to be careful with myself if you know what I mean. Physically the furthest we've gone is a hug when we meet, and we both held hands on the last date (which btw is fuckin amazing). But at the same time, while its not like we live super far away, uni keeps us both busy during weekdays so weekends really are the only time we can probably see each other, idk if this constitutes a long distance type thing - I try not to think of it that way because all I see here are people talking about how those are doomed to fail.
She can be super slow with messaging as well, which shouldn't bother me really, but I think I've spent most of my life now surrounded by a super-tight group of friends and we're always available for each other at a moments notice (my main group of friends have known each other since the start of high school now, I'm really close with all of them) and I think being used to that maybe just leads to me feeling a bit uncomfortable and I start to overthink a bit since it can at times be a full day before I get a reply. But even when I get thoughts like that in my head I know its an over-reaction and I can identify that, because I always do end up getting a reply in the end, I just still 'feel' it if you know what I mean?
TBH I'm not even sure what advice I'm looking for, I just felt I had to write this down I guess? I feel its kinda helped, I know I'm not without flaws and doing this sort of thing for the first time has made me realize I should probably deal with them. I'm not sure if I expect anyone here to say anything, but I'd really appreciate if someone just took the time to read this and idk, tell me this is normal or I'm doing good or something lol.
p.s. the one thing I do need to ask, is that while we're meeting up this weekend, we may not be able to see each other the weekend after. Would it be weird if I asked if she wanted to come down to mine the weekend after that, and actually say to her that it'd be for a kinda valentines day thing? (since that would be the weekend before it?) I really want to have her round to cook her a nice meal or something, but idk if it's weird A. planning it a couple weeks in advance and B. actually dropping in the words 'valentines' and 'day' on our fourth date.
again i'd love it if someone read this and said something, idk what I'm expecting again but I just wanted to write this down for some reason. I feel the act of just writing this down has really helped as it is tbh.
I think asking her that is fine; worst case she says she can't come and you don't have another date for a few weeks. If y'all really like each other, I think she won't see it as weird at all.
you might just be overthinking it my dude, sounds like you're both into each other so I'd give valentines day related shenanigans the a-ok
Hey guys, do you have any suggestions for board games that can be played online? In an LDR for another 4 months and we've decided to do a bit more than just watch movies. So far, we have Pretend You're Xyzzy (CAH clone), thinking about DnD, and Catan.

Trivial Pursuit? Although it's probably less fun with only two players.
I'm biased since I DM for two D&D groups, but D&D is an awesome way to spend time together. Check the subreddit r/lfg if you decide to get into it - there are always groups looking for people, both online and offline, and plenty of groups welcome new players.

If you've got tabletop simulator you can play pretty much anything.
But browser-based, I've played one with friends called Board Game. It's probably not great with only two people but you could probably find a game to join together and have a good time with it

Awesome, thanks! She actually got a starter set from her roommate for her birthday today, so we're gonna try to get into that.

Unfortunately she uninstalled Steam from her computer for college and got locked out of her account, we'll try the website though. Thanks!

Whoa, I hadn't been in this thread for about a year since a few days ago, things must've moved quickly for you; congrats man!
I'm really happy for you, dude. I think we've both been here around the same amount of time and it is crazy that for the past 6 years you have managed to maintain such a stable and loving relationship. You guys will have a great future together.

Tip #1: Invite all of Facepunch to the wedding
I'm in need of advice... I've been in a relationship with this girl for over a year now, and it's good, but I don't have strong feelings for her. She feels a lot more, and it's hurting her - more than I thought - that I can't reciprocate at the same level. What's the best course of action? I feel like there isn't much I can do, since I can't change my feelings. So the only thing I feel I can do is be honest, which I feel I have, since we have talked about it multiple times. Intuitively, I imagine a wiser third party might advise her to break up with me, but I don't have a feel for what I can do myself?
Are strong feelings really a must-have for a long term relationship?
snip
from what youve said it seems like a part of your life that is done with now however if you really want to why not reconnect like what's the worst that could happen
Thanks guys! This thread has been a great place to be, great people, great stories, and great advice.
I love sharing my advice and experiences here for those who need it, and I can't wait to move on to marriage tips!
Let me know if ya'll have any budget wedding ideas. Emaline and I are trying to go as inexpensive as possible. Neither of us wants a "big thing," with hundreds of seats for our entire extended families, and the friends of our extended families, and all our coworkers, and their dates, and blah blah blah. We want it to be nothing but the people we're actually close with -- probably 30 or 40 folks at most.
We'll cater it with homecooked food, probably prepared by my fiancee's grammas, and instead of getting a gigantic cake, we're going to have wedding donuts. We'll make the decorations ourselves, and her grandma is making her dress.
So, that's most of the expenses out of the way, but the one big one that we just can't seem to shake is finding a decent venue for the wedding/reception on the cheap. We just can't seem to find anything that doesn't want several thousand dollars for a couple hours of use! We don't need or want a church, so we're pretty flexible on the location. We just want a pretty space that we can use for an evening, preferably with a nice outdoor area.
Any ideas?

What do ya'll think of a burlesque show wedding? Too much? Depending on how small a crowd we've got, we might be able to rent out my friend's burlesque theater for a night. We could get married up on stage, and then settle in for a raucous show -- or even have the wedding be part of the show? They've got a bar with good drinks, they've got a live DJ, they've got a stage, and they stay open pretty darn late. Only major downside, I would think, is that it's a very small venue. We could probably only fit 30 people or so at most, but that's about as many as we would want anyway I would think.

I know you said you don't want/need a church, but it's something to consider anyway, I know most churches will let you use their grounds even if you don't want a minister/priest/whatever present, although i think they'd still charge you for it, but it's probably relatively cheap
