OP has blown my mind with his ignorance. Amazing... Water expands as it freezes, your cells in your body has a very high percentage composition of water. As the body gets frozen, the water within cells expands, tearing open the cell wall and causing damage. However the water does not expand to such an extent during a 'snap' freezing process.
