Pretty much this. I've had international students at my uni say to me that getting used to Sweden was really easy because practically everyone knows English decently. Not only that, but most Swedes gladly speak English too, unlike in France where using English in front of a native provokes a reaction comparable to cursing.

Thankfully this part of the population is all the 13-16 year old chavs and the most extreme members of the Perus suomalaiset (True finn/Basic finn) party.

Normal people take it pretty easy with a similar relationship that Norway has to both finland and sweden.

It funny because at the historyclass back in comprehensive school we learned that many gay people actually moved from finland to sweden because they wanted to escape finlands homophobic athmosphere and the stereotype of swedes being gay is actually from the people who moved to sweden from here.
Also I love sweden. I can't even talk the language but I know the basics, but I wish I would have payed more attention at school. :v:

Funfact: Swedish is the only subject that must be taught on all school levels in Finland.

That is the main reason I'd want to go. I pay $30 for 1.5 Mb down/.1 Mb up. It really is pathetic.
Where I live is actually the location of one of the cheapest Internet/cableTv providers in Sweden.
It's a standalone from ComHem and Telia and all that and has it's own system for handling customers etc. Plus my mom works there so we get it free :v:.
150$ at start and 20$ a month for 100Mbits capability.
