irrelevant kinda dont u think
Since you're pulling the "and I have to pay for it" card which is a stupid argument in the first place - why do you even live in Sweden if you're so against paying taxes? Just move somewhere else. Let me tell you your tax paying money goes to much dumber things than providing social support for people who can't afford it, might wanna start there.
economical drain, expensive and uncompetitive health care and schools, government raising your children, encouraging dumb useless degrees and i have to pay for it [editline]21st April 2016[/editline] irrelevant kinda dont u think
Let me put my own opinion very simply. --- Individuals born in America, through no fault of their own, are born into a family with a certain amount of income. Some are hard workers, but are poor. To not be poor you need a good job. To get a relatively good job you need a higher level of education. To get a relatively higher level of education you need to pay accordingly. To pay accordingly you need money. As a result of being born into a low-income family, you lack the funds to obtain a higher level of education. Cycle. --- This is unfair and unethical, simple as that. [editline]21st April 2016[/editline] In essence, this access to higher education needs to be free so that every individual has a fair chance. (Also transferable to health-care: In essence, this access to health-care needs to be free so that every individual has a fair chance.) [editline]21st April 2016[/editline] Our society would collectively pay for it because its for the greater well-being. It's more ethical.
It makes me wonder how the people who are currently supporting Hillary would react to videos like these supporting Bernie. There's a decently sized possibility that at least some of them would have just mocked this in the same way that a lot of people here would mock videos supporting Trump or Hillary or whatever, but I'm still curious.

Like, I'm pretty sure most pay way more than that if you average their medical expenses over a year.
economical drain, expensive and uncompetitive health care and schools, government raising your children, encouraging dumb useless degrees and i have to pay for it
We all have to pay for it. Because everyone deserves to have it. Because we're not elitist assholes.
After seeing things like how VA hospitals are run and how medicare has been mishandled, I'm not too big on the idea of the US government getting involved further in health care.

I'm more for just getting the cost down and getting pharma companies out of politics just to start.
