Live and Let die
Whats funnier? Casino Royal, or the fact that the name was taken and made into a serious movie?
What Casino Royale?
Casino Royale 1958
Casino Royale 1969
Casino Royale 2006
Oh wonder, how shall you ever know?
Daniel Craig was good in Casino Royale, rubbish in the newer one.
Lazenby was in the best, is that a Bond film. and Connery did Goldfinger, best Traditional bond film.
Connery is the best however.
I really liked Quantum of Solace. It was a necessary sequel, and shows Bond on a rare personal mission. The last time Bond was so personal was Licence To Kill, and that's hardly even a Bond film at all.
The Living Daylights however, is excellent. It's just how Bond should have been - not a womaniser, not a stuntman, not a joker; just a cold killer. It has a Cold War tone to it and Timothy Dalton isn't half bad. After all, have you seen the concept art for what Ian Fleming thought Bond should look like?

Pretty close to Dalton I think. Closer still to Daniel Craig. Fuck the haters.
Because it's impossible for a character to develop. Bond can't be defined by concept art. He is a thing of ideals.
(And Craig looks nothing like that.)
Needs a thread on the best bond girl. :smug:
I liked Brosnan as Bond the most I think, He just fit the part in every way really

Don't know about you faggots, but I'm partial to Eva Green myself.

To be honest I like the one in Living Daylights best too, in fact she's the only one I can clearly remember right now.
