Whether or not the SJ movement is simply a form of online social McCarthyism or a legitimate grievance against toxic interpersonal actions and behaviors. They're all inter-related, though not to the degree some like Milo would wish.

Since Eron is the one being prosecuted and the one where the guilt is being blamed, a Judge can legally throwout the case IF its a guilty verdict from the jury. Not the other way around though, and you cant tell the Jury to fuck off when its innocent. Theres a lot more to it in other aspects, honestly theres no real chance or worry for everyone to gang up on 1 person in court just because of shit ZQ says. Jurys are random fucking people and most likely most wont even know who the two are so the bias of that and GG and shit is really a non factor. They actually find people specifically in cases like that who know nothing at all about the two to avoid just that. Mostly in murder cases and shit. You have to remember this might not even reach a court with a jury, id honestly be surprised if it does.
