Supposedly someone looked up my mail address on that EmailSherlock thing [del]again[/del] after I had tested it early this month with that address.
("Supposedly" because that site may well be trying to market itself that way by periodically sending dishonest notifications.)
Supposedly from Mountain View, CA, United States, but the site also thinks I'm using it from Ireland with a Facebook IP.
I don't care, there's no info about me attached to the address.
More from anti-gg interview land:
On donating to charity :

Ironic [that it's] the group that's been bullying people! Sorry, but just because [they] raised a little money after doing much more than that in damages, it doesn't get [them] off the hook.

Just to help let you know what they think of what we say/do.
TIME magazine on consumer revolts:
You might not think of customers as a threat to your business. But thanks to social media, consumers can now incite insurgencies that overturn even the most strategic initiatives (see the Gap logo and Netflix debacles). Here are three steps for reacting to a customer rebellion:
Listen and respond. Many brands get into trouble by failing to notice warning signs. Be sure your company has tools for monitoring social media, a crack team of social analysts and customer advocates, and a genuine commitment to act on what you see and hear.
Engage and dissipate. Potential insurgents are far more likely to trust a fellow customer than you. To neutralize a problem before it spreads, encourage brand advocates to speak on your behalf.
Involve and transform. Prevent riots from happening in the first place by involving customers in making key strategic decisions. This could be as simple as establishing and moderating online customer support communities; or as involved as innovating your customer strategy, relationships, and processes to be more collaborative.
I would like to remind everyone not to lose hope; the movement is becoming much more organized and the trolls/random people are being washed out. There is organization within communities such as reddit/twitter appearing. Example promotional post:
: The Changer
Guys we need a list of demands/goals! 0
- Demands are things that terrorists make. We are a consumer revolt. We are not violent. We are not underhanded. We are not a political movement.
- As we are a consumer revolt and not a political movement, we do not need a narrative.
- It screws up the framing of the issue by forcing us to focus on specific issues.
- It divides us into the goals we each specifically want and we don't all want the same things. What appeases you will not appease another etc.
Guys we need to change the narrative!
- Narratives are for PR. PR is the journo's game. Not ours
- We let the opposition change the narrative for themselves as they've done time and again for the last 3 months.
Guys we need a leader!
- We've lasted for 3 months and counting with no real dictators. We should continue this trend.
- There are currently no weak points to attack.
- Even discussing who you would pick implies some kind of extra importance. We do not want this. We're all in this together.
- This is a 100% shill idea put forward by the opposition to make it easy to play the identity game. This is their bread and butter and they will co-opt or ruin anything that they can get their hands on.
The BEST thing you can do right now in order to make this happen is to not lose morale; corruption can end, as long as you remain dedicated to stopping it.

So great has the fire risen and so deep has the rabbit hole gone that the Earth, its surface engulfed in hellish flames and its center rendered hollow and empty, is no more.
does the rabbit hole go deeper?
no. it was edited for time, and i think the edit did a very good job showing that anita doesnt know a god damn thing she's talking about regardless. "name three games." "grand theft auto. but thats not important." haha yeah nah. at the end of the day, supposedly she had a really bad time, and i think we should feel better knowing there was piss in her cornflakes at the end of that interview.
i personally believe that she is a puppet for jon mcintosh in order for the both of them to make money. and you can tell she is very nervous. she doesnt believe a word she says and eventually she'll burn herself out, and spend all of her money.
also also the shit about wu wasnt to highlight the fact that she is trans. it was to highlight a history of mental instability, providing old evidence that can't be swayed by current events. this was also brought on by information provided by wu herself. there was no doxxing, or illegally nor obtained personal, non-publicly available information in any of the dump i provided. just to clear that up.

I thought Brianna moved onto better things, like putting her hand on a hot stove top, then trying to claim that she was harassed by the company that made the stove.

Considering that US is №1 provider of "someone did it and then sued our asses"-style instructions and warnings for household appliances, I won't be surprised if something of the sort worked out...

I don't know civil cases all that well so how exactly is that supposed to work?
Or is it just another cash grab?

Don't fret. Much like with Sam Biddle, Dreyfuss's words are merely being taken out of context / he's joking / it's satire.
Meanwhile we have to stand by every word said with #gamergate attached even if we didn't say it.

Even if that first one is clearly a joke, just making that publicly paints him in a ridiculously bad light.
Doing it privately would do so hopefully too.
Those other two are just not funny.

There's a huge irony in Anita being the mouthpiece for McIntosh and I'm wondering if she sees the hypocrisy in being told what to say by the kind of person that her whole movement has a beef with.
It's actually kinda scummy that McIntosh roped Anita into speaking on his behalf and I honeslty feel bad for her. Is it because he's worried he wouldn't get his opinion heard if he just spoke as a white man? If that's the case, why is he so aggressive against a demographic he's a part of?

I doubt it too but it's too early to be convinced either way.
With under 10,000 participants (twitter count only) it's unlikely it will have an economic effect. However, this is not counting inactive users who are not on twitter, which is estimated anywhere from 10,000 to 100,000. Viewers and not active participants are currently at 21 million in the past two months.
This was before BBC/CR though.

They're smart enough to get corrupt and in bed with big companies like EA and not poor, emotionally unstable people making glorified flash games with a $30 pricetag.
Still love that IGN, the site everyone calls biased and shills, has stayed clean throughout this entire thing,
They've been burned so much that they probably take great pains to, if not keep their nose clean, hide their misdeeds/not directly insult their readers.

What is it that tells us that Anita is only a mouth piece?
What is it that tells us that Anita is only a mouth piece?
Well, McIntosh does write the script of her videos, and supposedly some of her tweets. That's not to say she doesn't have a thought for herself, but he does have a huge influence on what she says.
Why the hell are we discussing Anita/McIntosh again. Seriously guys, stop focusing on her. The more attention you give to them is bad in the long run.
Why the hell are we discussing Anita/McIntosh again.
because she was just on comedy central talking about gamergate
i dont see how this is a difficult question. if these people keep pushing themselves into relevancy of the topic we have the right to discuss them without anyone policing us.
if you have something specific you'd like to talk about, then talk about it.
