when I was 18 my parents handed me an eviction notice. I'm 20 and I'm now an engineer for an IT company after being hired with no certifications or degrees. If I had been handed 200k I would have done a lot more with my life than be a professional victim.

They all seem to have a shit ton of free time too, so they clearly have a huge stash of cash just keeping them going.

I find it interesting how, right at the start of this, Gamergate supporters were accused of 'weaponising minorities' using #NotYourShield and 'weaponising charity' by donating to TFYC and the like, whereas these journalists have, sometimes at the same time, used their minority status (and often only being in one, maybe two, non-privileged positions) as a stepping post to further their own agendas whilst showing very little actual respect for the concerns of minorities, and almost begging for donations to try and 'beat Gamergate' or some shit. It might not be weaponising charity, but it sure as hell is politicising it.
