the thing here is could you [I]could[/I] set a precedent protecting all women from harassment yes, and the us government [I]could[/I] actually function rationally but that isn't ever gonna happen in the places where precedents really take shape, nearly every single judge has their head screwed on tight, bolted and welded and they really do make careful considerations about everything they handle and how it relates to the Constitution/Bill of Rights/Amendments/etc no judge is dumb enough to think that a blanket ban of a broad subject affecting literally the entire population is constitutional in any way, and even if there was there are at the very very very least the biggest 9 who will always say otherwise what a vapid tweet

To be fair, this thread and other lumps of people chatting in the hashtag condemn gender politicians for spawning fallacy after fallacy only to get immediately hugboxed by people who think that if they're with someone who claims to be progressive, they're on the right side of history while the rest is to be burned. Nobody is against feminists I think. The idea of feminism is justified for many reasons, which is why many people choose the moniker in order to sound progressive while their actions do not reflect the label they subject themselves to. The fact that they don't want to debate with anyone outside their echo chamber speaks volumes to that. When they do, however, they feel the need to say that they were 'harassed' after every discourse and block out everything. So I think you will find a lot of people who do not even participate in the hashtag are very well against hypocritical feminists like these, just as you will find a lot of people rooting for god knows what they (the hypo feminists) are talking about (Not % based).
