This is why I call myself an individual in this and try to consider this the people in pushing for ethics in games Journalism a consumer revolt made up of individuals. I discuss my ideas here and throw out some views but I dont see myself part of some larger group based in FP or anywhere else for that matter. What someone like Kingofpol does has no bearing on myself I stand on my own two feet I take responsibility for my own actions and no one elses. I may have been too harsh in wanting to end Gawker and Sam Biddels Career but if they refuse to own up to what they have done and continue to do I dont see a reason to put out the flames. Which prompted Frederick to sack both of them instantly. Even if the board owner did it as a joke, it was terminally stupid to even let that goon in question, who had been sending death threats to people, in charge of the board even for five minutes. Yesterday was pretty much the day where the bigger names pretty much dropped their balls into the Grand Canyon.

Hopefully though this should show any upcoming devs on who to avoid, that's how I see it

I don't know how much effect FTC proceedings will really have on these organizations (it'll take years at the very least) but it sure looks clear-cut.
