So they easily buy into conspiracies. To KoP's credit (where it isn't really due, but nonetheless), his crazy ramblings seemed to indicate that. He blamed allies for mass murdering in concentration camps, instead of outright nazi ideas of "jews made it up, jews made it up, jews poison the wells". Harmful and crazy just the same, but at least nothing to do with nazism, just terminal condition of conspiracy theories.

Holocaust denial in general is the same style of top-down ideology driven argument that you can find in Creationism, extreme far-left feminism, and really any bad science. It looks bad for Fascists and Nazi sympathisers and they want to justify their antisemitism, so they find whatever evidence undermines it and present it without proper context. I'd have thought most people on /pol/ would realise it was mostly jokes and edginess given the Ben Garrison edits and general shitposting around it, but I guess KoP didn't really get it.

It seems he believes that the actions of some can be blamed on different people. My respect for that stance is just about zero. Still not getting a refund because I like their work and can judge that independently from the creators, and also because I easily got that value out of it already. However, the interface displays them linearly and just completely ignores anything that branched off previous to the selected tweet, and any following branches are muddled with not indication either. What you're seeing there is Total Biscuit's timeline though, the newest stuff is topmost but if you follow multiple people in a conversation you see that embedded in downwards order. It makes more sense than having it all in the same direction, but it's still ridiculously suboptimal.

It certainly doesn't help that certain individuals are blabbering about it on social and mainstream media either. I am sure that some of them are feeding the trolls on purpose to entice even more toxicity in GamerGate. As for the extremists, I'd say that its usually a lost cause to even argue with them. You can't tell them to calm down and tone things down, or try and be nicer to others. No matter how hard you try and how much evidence you have to support your side of the argument, they will never back down, their mental block prevents that. Thankfully there are still good vocal individuals who know what is going on and see past the toxic bullshit on both sides.

I've been keeping up with all of this except for most things to do with personalities like kingofpol and roguestar so I'm not sure what's going on here (and I really don't want to watch pol's stream I think that guy is a disgusting idiot) Is pol mad that people called him out on being a giant idiot on that horrible lazy saturday stream and is now making skype group chats public? What exactly is in there? Is this him just throwing a hissy fit or does this even matter at all?
