My suggestion for dealing with the mainstream media siding with the journalists is to simply write to them like people have been writing to gawker and co. It's in their interest to be seen as impartial and reliable, so sending an amicable, but obviously annoyed email, with all the details we have is at least a way to get [I]something[/I] done. Even better if there can be an obvious connection made between the writer of the article and this whole BS.
