I think he's overly optimistic from the FTC thing. Also, there were rumors that the FBI has been investigating GG and found way more incriminating stuff on the AGG side, but those haven't really been substantiated AFAIK.

Niko is one of the worst choices to moderate the board. I was browsing /gg/ while he was in charge, he didn't take criticism very well and floundered quite a bit. You just can't let yourself get stressed like that if your running a board, or you'll meltdown and do something stupid, which is what got him removed the first time.
