They literally called that weaponizing minorities. Like, holy shit how delusional do you gotta be. She is trying to discredit thousands of people coming out with their opinion by showing an anonymous chatroom which hasn't gotten more than 10 people in it, and with posts which could have been taken out of context. Same goes with the 4chan posts they show, which are pretty much all false flags with at least a dozen of people calling the poster out on it. Meanwhile, her supporters go out of their way to insult people supporting gamergate and notyourshield, with some remarks being utterly racist, such as calling those people race traitors or gender traitors. It is like they just don't want to admit that the majority of the crowd is against them now because of their own shitflinging. And I really don't like that they keep flinging 'but we are the real victims' card, such as when Jenn Frank got sacked for breaking her journalistic integrity, and they were trying to spin it as it being the fault of an obliviously misogynistic crowd purely going after her because she is a woman. Not to mention Anita playing damsel in distress again with showing obliviously fake flag death threats which are deleted not five minutes after mentioning it. That is not even touching the surface of other shit she and her supporters have pulled, such as doxxing a 10-year old over a sexist joke, and Devin ''Gamers are worse than ISIS'' Faraci. Bunch of filthy hypocrites, the lot of em.

Like you said, she probably posts on there. Hell, she gotta post on there, given that you need an account to even view their forums. I've been following the Gamergate threads, and I remember someone mentioning that the shrills that come to shit up the thread every once in a while, are actually SA goons from their local internet trolling board there (which is called FYAD), and the topic of discrediting gamergate by trolling was according to the people pointing at it, by far the hottest topic there. Now, I've been thinking about it, but what if Zoe Quinn started that topic? SA has been taking a very anti-Gamergate stance during this whole ordeal. The big names there have all taken Zoe's side, and have been completely dismissing that it is about corruption in gaming now rather than the 'Five Guys Burgers and Fries' saga. I think that might be tough to nail them on it, but what if we can show that they are behind the false flag attacks all along? It would completely destroy Zoe's points she is trying to make by showing the IRC chat, and even better, in the best scenario, we can bust her on falsifying evidence! I don't think that they would leave open such a massive hole in their defense, but given how leaky their side has been all along, it isn't out of the question. And even then, if it isn't going to be much of a bombshell, we can at least show that Zoe is rallying groups to sabotage gamergate.

They are telling me I don't exist, or must be made-up. They are telling me what to think about GamerGate, and they are doing so from a position of serious privilege. Don't you see how problematic that is? It's like a cisgender person trying to educate a transgender person on trans issues. Maybe trans people have varying views on liberation and they don't all coincide neatly like cisgender people want to think?? I've been very vocal on twitter that privileged identities need to step off and let us handle our own tag. But if you're going to go down that road, you need to acknowledge that many anti-GG people are just pretending we don't exist in order to validate their own views. You can have a nuanced view on GamerGate. Feminism that doesn't make room for nuance is pretty fucking shitty and runs the risk of quickly becoming anti-intersectional.

Likewise I've noticed the people on reddit who get the most upvotes aren't pointing out 'corruption' exactly, just saying that because X journalist liked [I]Gone Home[/I] they must be corrupt.

I like Sarkeesian, Gone Home, and I use to like Depression Quest. Those are all serious and valid concerns and need to be dealt with: that some people are using this as an opportunity to attack SJ in gaming, instead of discussing the ramifications of unprofessional people in gaming. But I still think it's really shitty that people who disagree with me immediately pull the "well, you're not a real x" card. Fuck that shit, I basically got death threats for my TW activism.
