Especially because the anti-GG side is so decentralized, they often eagerly let in misogynists and bigots without realizing it. The only feminists I've met who are actively pro-GG either a.) have industry connections, b.) literally live in an echo chamber, or c.) have no fucking idea what's going on.

As has been said before, a lot of these people don't get into Social Justice or any other cause because they're truly interested in equality, they just want to feel big and morally righteous. Simply allying with a side says nothing about your behaviour and the fact that so many of them are acting like absolute shit should be evidence. I doubt it'll ever be perfect since these type of idiots follow every cause around, but it would be nice if people were less tolerant of it, maybe even if the whole issue lost a lot of momentum so they looked elsewhere for their moral fulfilment. It'd be nice to have a quiet discussion about these kind of things, because even if I still disagree on a number of issues I still prefer debate to a screaming match or a circlejerk.

In general, a good portion of the video gaming SJ community decided to double-down on their support for ZQ and rejection of GG, which is one of the reasons why we're having so many problems. Like Tim, a lot of them will have to eat their own words if GG continues to find more and more crap within the rabbit hole. I'm personally waiting for more info that explicitly exposes the fact that people like Maya Felix Kramer and etc give 100% zero fucks about social justice. That will be the endgame for a lot of SJ communities, and it will lead to a lot of these people packing their bags and sitting on the sidelines. Seems like the biggest issue though is actually getting the message out there to people. So many have no idea what is going on, how much evidence has been gathered, and how people are actually acting in the community. From what I can see the infographic most anti-GG people have seen is one made by some idiot listing off SJW journalists made way before GG, it gives the wrong impression of what things are about by only showing one piece of evidence. Although it's presumptuous to think that given all the information people would be on the side of GG, but nothing harmed by spreading it further. Just responding on twitter with links to Imgur galleries would help propagate it.

It makes sense that they took it down due to investigation conflicts or evidence concealment. IGF and IF could have used the revelation to conceal additional evidence.
