Disney owns Polaris which handles youtubers like Markiplier. Polaris tried to run a Game Jam reality TV show. If its true, Zoe Quinn specifically attempted to sabatoge it by going after Jon Tron(or something).

I thought the Game Jam was ruined by some fuckwit Pepsi guy who tried to start fights to make drama on the show. AFAIK both Zoe Quinn and JonTron said they didn't have anything against each other and they agreed to avoid the bullshit.

There's a lot of hearsay about what exactly happened.

That doxing article... It seems like some of those people (even the possible transgirl) are real jerks, but why on earth would you publicly reveal somebody's identity because of it? Not to mention accusing them of 'not really' being trans just because their high school identifies them as a male (which could be for numerous reasons), and then passively accusing them of being a sociopath... The article raises one or two potential points, then flies so far off the handle that any points it was trying to raise are overshadowed by how horrendously written it is.

Just stop. We get it, we all share the mentality about max being a bit of an ass, but there's no reason to continue going on about him. He's just a guy who said some silly things. Let it go. Ragging on about it is just like being max in this scenario. So, be the better men already.

It's not just irrelevant, it's also kinda awful. He can't post here or else, so making fun of him is kinda like talking behind his back, while he also can see all the shit. Not great.

Like other people have said already, let's not derail this thread into another "We hate MaxofS2D!" circlejerk thread. This thread is about corruption in game journalism not about how much you don't like Max. I don't like some of his opinions too but he's irrelevant to the discussion at large.
