Wear a mask. You don't got proof he did anything, he wont have proof it was you who busted his knees.

And if he had nothing to do with it?
Ask him about it first.
Fracture his spine.

Tell him your house security camera caught him. If there's a fence or something, say one of his neighbors showed you their security cam footage.
He'll either confess, or ask to see the tapes. If he asks for the tapes, run away.
What ^they^ said, take it into your own hands. Authorities won't do shit. Accuse him, see how he reacts, you'll know if he did it or not.
Then go smash his windows or mailbox or something ^^.
Who the heck has house security cameras?
I sure as hell don't have or need them in Perth.

My neighbor
Police showed up at my house because it picked me up walking home the same night someone spray painted a car.

That should be unlawful I think. Having private security camera's pointed at the street I mean.
Fuck this world eh

The street is public land though.
It would be impossible to enforce that, you would have to ban all public video/photography.

What?
That's like saying taking a picture of a street is illegal...
No I don't think filming a street and monitoring one big part of a street 24/7 is the same thing.:colbert:
Anyway I'm not really suggesting anything because I see the difficulties. This is DD, not everything I say has to be taken seriously.:colbert:
The guy did not do anything to the dog, any person with a bit of sense would've got the dog inside, killed it and put it in some garbage a few streets away or in some walmart's parking garbage. That's how you do it, you don't just kick the dog and let him walk home with a broken spine.

Oh yeah, the person thinks his dog got lost too, that's safer than letting the owner know his dog got attacked.
The point is to try and intimidate us.
He's a crazy old bastard, Very confrontational.
-Edit: He's gotten in my face before for walking on the City easement at the edge of his yard, Because our neighborhood has a tiny ass road and no side-walks.
On another note; I talked to a few people in the neighborhood and the people that live right next to him act like they know what happened.
updates?
