Thanks for the recommendation, I've been planning on watching it but the name kinda makes me not want to, what is it about?
Forget about the name, it's violent and similar to his other films.

The movie being made during the Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction era gives me hope that it will be good, as I wasn't to fond of Kill Bill and Inglorious Basterds.

You know that big fat black guy, the plaster on his neck, that's apprently where the soul leaves the body. Anybody who remembers the film well knows the combination is 666. Apprently, the big fat guy sells his soul to the devil and for some reason it's in a brief case. That's why they are all like 'shit man, that's beautiful' and that's why nobody is ment to see it and all the bollocks. ah fuck cakes, someone already beat me to it.

Nah, the briefcase is his soul. It's empty.
Does he look like a bitch?
What?
Does he look like a bitch?
A little.
What?
Does Marcellus Wallace look like a bitch?
I think Quentin Tarantino said "The content of the briefcase is what life is made of". So that's the answer to the question.
The box contains carbon...
A ghost. :ms:
the box contained his boss's dirty laundry did you even watch the movie - john travolta said so himself
Marcellus' soul
Nothing because Tarantino is a lazy bastard who can't think.
You're not meant to know. It's a film device called Unexposed contents. Also, as some people have already said, it's the object of another plot element called a MacGuffin. In short, a MacGuffin drives the plot forward. It's usually important at the start of the film and is brought up throughout, but it only serves to catch the attention of the viewer, so it may be completely forgotten by the end. A good example is the unobtainium in Avatar. I was actually reading up on this yesterday. It's a bit of a coincidence.
The gimp of course.
Maybe not knowing what it is is a metaphor, maybe it's trying to get across that it doesn't matter what's in the case, it doesn't matter what crimes and wars are happening for, it doesn't matter how valuable or precious an item suposedly is, maybe it's just a sign from taranteno to stop all of the crime, as it's not worth fighting over these unimportant valuable objects. Alternativley it just probably seems more valuable if you don't know what it is.
This guy here is a perfect example of someone trying too hard to sound smart
This is like "Whats in the fedex box in Cast Away".
A solid gold dildo.
