i was gonna preorder one but its fucking $470, which wouldn't be a problem but it doesnt come bundled with any games which cost an extra $90 each.
Paid online? Fuck that noise. I'm already going to be paying for PS4's online services in the near future.
The new Zelda should still be on the WiiU right?
The standard tablet for the Switch Looks fine to me. I mean I'd rather use a pro, but it'll do.
Can someone give me a quick rundown on the switch? I didn't watch the stream because nintendo.

Then why the fuck do you want to know about the Switch?
300 console + 60 game + 70 decent controller + 50 for decent storage that should be standard
So over 600 ish after taxes for a decent experience. And also a headset and monthly fee if you plan on using voice chat?
I dont remember ever having to worry about peripherals with the ps2, ps3, or even ps4. Extra controllers for lan or local coop, maybe a headset, but you still got the storage and good controller standard.
VoIP seems to hint at a smart phone option on splatoon page
I think it's dumb they want to do voice chat over your phone. But I also never played an online WiiU game and went "I wish I could talk."
Splatoon is kind of tactical but do I really want jokes about getting inked blasted in my ear the whole match?
Did the Wii U have voice chat? I remember it being advertised but not once did I see it, it was all messages.
As long as the online games have a nice gesture system or message system in ways of smash or splatoon I don't see voice chat as a real necessity.

As far as I know only one game had it, Mario kart 8.
It was only with friends matches.

Yeah so I don't really see that much of an issue since people are use to not really speaking to begin with. Unless they get rid of the message system.
Nintendo was doing so well..
Then they had a few fuck ups. Storage and the lack of built in VOIP and a few others
They actually could have made a near perfect console. It's not even like something tough to implement. these are simple things, they just cut corners and tried to innovate when they only side graded.
