Other than the obvious assets placements and isanely good AA these don't look any better than Watchdogs 2, Ghost Recon or Assassins Creed. Ubisoft games have been really quality last couple years.

Yep, you can even see the shell textured fur on the dog. I don't see anything really unattainable in this image, except perhaps that density of foliage with that level of AA.

I don't see why the grass is questionable ? Crysis 3 had some crazy grass and that is a 2013 title compared to FC5 which will release in 2018. I don't have access to my personal screenshots now, but the grass does look like this if not better in the actual game. And don't forget the last few Ubisoft games got a ton of PC enhancements, maybe it won't look like this on PS4/Xbox, but I'm sure it will shine on PC.

Ubisoft will either change the screenshots prior to release or the game actually does look that good as shown in the steam store page screenshots.
It's just that we don't know how Valve monitors it, but since FC5 will be a big game there will be a backlash if Ubisoft intends to continue to use these screenshots.
