stop thinking like that [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] self-esteem, try it
But like I said, there's no reason at all for me to be talking to the 10th grade girls. Plus I don't have a chance to talk to any of them anyway seeing as none of them are in any of my classes.
You were complaining about no one to talk to, and now you're saying there's no reason to talk to people? wat
You were complaining about no one to talk to, and now you're saying there's no reason to talk to people? wat
ye thanks ven
You were complaining about no one to talk to, and now you're saying there's no reason to talk to people? wat
No I'm saying I could talk to the 10th grade girls but I have no reason to talk to them at all. At least girls my age are in my classes so I have more reason to talk to them.
now lets just wind downnn [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] taepo you don't need a reason to talk to people [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] just like i don't have a reason to run into my brothers room with my m16 yelling like a fucking wild man but i do
No I'm saying I could talk to the 10th grade girls but I have no reason to talk to them at all. At least girls my age are in my classes so I have more reason to talk to them.
You're what, a year older than the grade 10's? I don't see a problem with this.
now if they were 5th graders.... :q:
If you know how to play an instrument and know how to play well. Play in public area's with Good music and little girls will swoon in your musical genious.
What if it's a bass instrument?
I didn't want to read all that so I just skimmed it. taep, your taste in music is just an excuse for you not getting a girl. The people at my work listen to fucking STEEL PANTHER and they get laid all the time.
You give me an example of a normal girl who doesn't care if a guy listens to the heaviest, most satanic black metal ever then.
My girlfriend listens to screamo, I listen to dubstep, we get along just fine.
I guess the best thing for me to do if I ever talk to a girl is to not bring up music. But if she brings it up I don't know what to do then.
If she likes music that you don't like, KINDLY and POLITELY state something like "i'm not too much into ~(music)~, i'm more of a metal guy" Something neutral and polite. [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] Just dont get into an argument
And if she's not a girl that can at least respect that I like metal she's probably not the kind of girl I would want anything to do with anyway.
Well, if you wear a shirt with a band on it, most of the time, you don't really even need to say that you like metal, but I think it only happens like that every once in a while. I wear AC/DC shirts a lot, sometimes people walk up to me (or not) and say that I must like AC/DC, so I go "yeah" and ask them what they like, etc, and a friendship and a conversation goes along if the other person isn't weird or if i don't have serious negative opinions about said person, there's hundreds of things that can lead into a friendship, and in your case, a relationship, just don't be afraid to go out and try it. [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] As long as it doesn't mean licking a ski lift pole [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] Seriously, I did that shit for a jumbo slim jim [editline]26th December 2010[/editline] bitches don't know about my non stickage :smug:
Nobody has ever asked me about my band shirts before and I wear them every day. The only people that ever seem to notice are other metalheads. Plus the other metalheads at my school always give me shit for wearing Children of Bodom shirts because they're too popular and their new stuff isn't that great.
That was just one of the many possible ways to start a conversation or star a relationship or something. I only get responses every one in a while, not very often. Don't forget that you can be the person asking about the shirt too.
I wouldn't really comment on anyone else's clothes unless they were wearing a shirt for a band I really like. Sadly the only girl I've ever seen wearing shirts for bands I like is fat and ugly and also listens to horrible bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Korn.
Simple, then don't talk about their shirt, Start off with a common question such as what was the homework or something
Simple, then don't talk about their shirt, Start off with a common question such as what was the homework or something
I get all my work done in class so I have no reason to ask that.
See, I was about to help out Taep, but I stopped caring because he obviously wants to be lonely.
My ex and I liked the same music, I don't think there was a whole lot we didn't like. She liked Classic pieces though because she was a band geek but it wasn't something that came up a lot. Hell, I used to just say "What CD would I want?" when I bought her gifts, which were usually CD's because she didn't want much else.

No offense man, but a lot of your responses make it seem that way.
No offense man, but a lot of your responses make it seem that way.
How?
because everything you say sounds like an excuse to be the way you are
because everything you say sounds like an excuse to be the way you are
But I don't want to have to change myself too much to make friends/make girls like me.
