Look, I'm going to put aside the typical "communism gay lol" comment and say that sounds like a really, really bad idea and extremely irresponsible. I can't imagine why you think that's a good idea. Nearly everyone I know who has gotten Tattoos like that regret it. I mean, imagine on your wedding day you see a big Hammer and Sickle on the back of your neck and you have to explain it to your kids and just, it's just a bad idea.

Boss where? I work with guys at Future Shop with full sleeves and no one cares.
Put it somewhere where you can cover it better, such as your shoulder blade or something, that way, you can still have it, and you can still cover it up in the case that you have to cover it up to be employed, some jobs require all tattoos to be covered I believe.
