Well the University of Calgary website is retarded and won't tell me what I need to get into the history program. As long as I do good in Social Studies and English I should be able to get in though.

Soccer moms are why airsoft is expensive as fuck/technically illegal in Canada. But at least that keeps CoD kids out of it.

I think $550 to get an ICS AK-74M is a great trade off for not having to deal with 12 year olds telling you about how he has your AK-47 in MW2 and how it would look better with rails and a crane stock.
I don't have any serious problems with Canada beyond the soccer moms and expensive airsoft. I have a feeling I might not be staying in Canada forever though.

I can't plink in my backyard. Why? Because the United States Postal Service is less than 100 feet away, and knowing how touchy they are, they'd probably mistake my AEG as "gunfire". And they'd probably call it an AK, even though it's an M4.
Anyone that messes with airsoft in their yard or street should have a "Not allowed to play at field" card issued to em. They are gonna have the sport taken from us.

I plink in my backyard every once in a while and a Mountie lives on the other side of our backyard. No one has given me shit about it yet. I should probably stop though because I don't want to be the one who gets airsoft completely banned in Canada.

Plinking is fine in an open area, or if you own a lot of land. But playing in sub-divisions and neighborhoods is a no-go.

That's why I don't do it? If I lived in a rural area, then yeah, I'd do it. But seeing how I'm next to a government facility, I won't. I should ask the police chief that lives next door if there are any airsoft fields around here.

Canada has OP Mason Relic. This year I think they had somewhere close to 300 players in and around an old brick factory over two days. If they still have it when I'm 18 I'm totally going.
