And you're letting them hold you back?
As long as I live in their house I follow their rules. The day I move out I'm buying a guitar and all the airsoft stuff I want though. Also my mom said she would be very disappointed if I started dating a goth girl even though those are probably the only kind of girl I could get along with. She has nothing to worry about though because I don't know any goth girls. One of my friends is still telling me I should go on vampirefreaks.com to try to get a girlfriend and that I should find a nice goth girl so I can prove my mom wrong that they're all evil devil worshipers.

Kinky things ensue. Awesome.
This is different then a simple Facebook privacy infringement. This has to do with the lack of transparency in the American government. If Assange thought lives were at risk, he would censor names, which he has done before.
He certainly hasn't censored all of them. There's been what, 35,000 plus documents released? Look: I didn't take an issue with the gunship footage. Yes, he was using it to support an agenda, but it didn't hurt anyone. This is different. There is information on technologies and assets we have on the ground in Afghanistan that is endangering both our troops (due to information about them) and locals who have helped us. All this, so that Assange can continue his personal crusade against the war in Afghanistan. Honestly, I don't know what gives him the right to do that. And it's not about transparency, either- this is about military information being leaked. Not civillian stuff. Not politics (though there's certainly some of that that doesn't need to be out, like much of the embassy stuff, but I'm not getting into that right now). What he leaked is information about our capability and assets fighting a war- does the public have a right to know that, if it means putting lives at risk?
Do it. Kinky things ensue. Awesome.
I don't think I really should go on vampirefreaks though because metalhead =/= goth, no matter how much Cradle of Filth I listen to.
no matter how much Cradle of Filth I listen to.
ew [editline]29th November 2010[/editline] Wow foos, you made me want to go out and buy that game
Identity, its a guy in a football game getting pushed not that hard, then it shows his scrotum getting injured. MINDFUCK.
Follow their rules in front of them, yes, but damn, bend them a little behind them.
I'm always in the house so I don't really have any time where I can't follow their rules. Also I haven't added anyone from Facepunch on Facebook. I don't know how I should feel about that.
Add me babe :)
I forgot I added you Venom. Lol
Oh shit, you just added me today right? I saw some Tyler person on my requests list, and I just accepted without looking into it.

I think the public should know about this kind of stuff, personally. [editline]29th November 2010[/editline] wow identitty add me
I've been reading Wikileaks on International Diplomacy. There's some weird stuff, like Putin is getting really friendly with the President of Italy, sending him gifts and such.
You all's will have to dig for my facebook :v:
Quite a bit of the new stuff he's releasing has nothing to do with the war in the middle-east. I think the public should know about this kind of stuff, personally.
Some of the politic stuff bothers me as well, for example the embassy stuff. Who the hell has he helped releasing it? All he's done is hurt the US gov and fuck international relations up. It's not even transparency because assuming that something like diplomacy works (or hell, could somehow get to work) without secrets and personal opinions you don't go yelling around is bullshit. International relations are a touchy subject, you don't go meet the Russian government and call Medvedev a stupid puppet or Putin a sadist psycho, even if those are the embassador's personal opinions or what the US believes to be true. Wikileaks, in that regard, is simply being a dick and trying to get attention by fucking up the big dogs. It isn't some big crusade in the name of the people or whatever.

It's interesting to read for sure, but I don't really think it's necessary for the public to know that kind of crap.
