I decided to look more closely at the bands she had listed. Iron Maiden, Lamb of God, Slayer, Cradle of Filth, Arch Enemy, all bands I really like plus some other good bands. She had some shitty metalcore though but that's to be expected with girl metalheads. I think she goes to my school, she looks like someone I've seen before. I doubt I have a chance with her though.

Go for it, if you don't try, you can possibly (by possibly, I mean somewhat likely) prolong the issues you've been having.
When it really comes down to it I really don't have a chance with her. Sure we may like the same music but that's probably where similarities end. She probably has a life whereas I don't. Plus I don't have my license and really see no reason to get it, especially because I never got my learner's permit yet and even though I could join the regular Canadian Army in a couple months and learn to drive a Leopard 2 they won't let me have my actual license until I've had a stupid piece of plastic for a year so that puts me at a huge disadvantage.
