The Thing is the guy behide Psychonauts 2 did a kinda of the same thing with some game he tried to crowed fun some other game . . . . . and wasted the money in a fancy part in town with Phil Fish as the DJ : /,.

Wow, I didn't even know about this game until now. I'm watching the last dev update and it looks fucking amazing. What a horrible waste. They're fuckheads for not letting him take the game with him and continue work on it elsewhere.

its horrible, but think of how bad it would've been for him if he did continue and did create the game while these schmucks were with him. they would've fucked him completely. it was a good thing he found out earlier and cut ties with them.

Only $5000. Oh yeah, plus a year of his life spent working on a game he was passionate about and had gained a following for only to have to scrap it when it has reached its beta stage. Also, being betrayed by people you have been friends with for 11 years is probably not something that is easy to get over.
