The adding of a loop on your pants to feed the kneepad strap through seems to be the best option besides combat pants
This is one of the coolest Russian operator loadouts I've ever seen That plate carrier is $400 though.
My afg on my ak makes it shooting straighter.
AFGs basically feel like their made for AKs. Their seriously the most comfortable place to put one.
then they don't use it. it looks hard to tob with it there thogh.
Just got back from an unbalanced game. Kept getting pushed back to spawn, but I did my best to hold my ground with my M249. I knew the team I was going against, I usually play along side them so I knew it was going to be tough fight. Our team just didn't have the cooperation, numbers, and upgraded guns to compete. We got slaughtered pretty good. I did manage to suppress the fuck out of them and hose a few runners down. Last game made my day. Pistols only, 2 respawns per person. It was played in the paintball area so it was fast paced. I was able to run up behind the other team twice and shoot at least 3 of them in the back each time. Last run I came up against my friend who was using a KWA MP7 with .30g bbs. Were running all over trying to hit each other, he finally got me and damn did it hurt. I had fun with that game, nothing like shooting your friends in the back. Sad part was I didn't get this on video due to my GoPro's battery acting up. As for testing out my new TAG Banshee plate carrier, it was so fucking comfortable even with the fake plates inside. Didn't hinder my movement at all yet allowed me carry all the shit I need to run a SAW and supply the team. Ran a battle belt under it and it worked great. Seriously, if you're looking at a plate carrier around the $100-$150 range, go with the TAG Banshee, you won't be disappointed. Best rig I've ever fielded.
Why was he using .30s? That sounds really unsafe, though I imagine it helps get some pretty decent range.
Why was he using .30s? That sounds really unsafe, though I imagine it helps get some pretty decent range.
How's it unsafe? Same kinetic energy.
Why was he using .30s? That sounds really unsafe, though I imagine it helps get some pretty decent range.
Same energy, just less prone to be sent off course by wind. KWA MP7's already shoot pretty high, so it's understandable it hurt pretty good when he hit me with it. Don't mind though.
I just thought about it and I'm only a gasmask and an AK away from being able to pull off a STALKER loadout.

Welp the charging handles on my M500 broke. Not how I expected. In order to cock the hammer it the arms need to push the dust cover back and than forward. The piece that did that snapped off. I'll order new ones and try to JB weld it in the mean time to see if that was truely the problem. Sucks too because I just got my new pistol grip.

Because the highest stress point is the end of the arm on that side, where it has to push the actuating lever to open the breech. Gluing won't fix it, it's toast, but RedWolf has replacement parts, although they will require cutting to fit.
We may be talking about the same thing. And yeah JB weld didn't work, I was hoping I could try to get it to cock the hammer once and fire properly with the weld so I knew for a fact that's the malfunction but oh well. Going to get these: http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/ProductDetail?prodID=19808 Also what do you mean by cutting to fix? I have access to the tools, I'm just curious. I'll take a picture of the breakage soon. Also anyone have redwolf coupons?
Finally got decent footage of the M1100 being fired. filesmelt.com/dl/2012-05-04_22-29-17_441.3gp Youtube eats the quality of this video, but you can download it no prob.
Here's the malfunction. [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/photo513.JPG[/t]
That good ole Chinese manufacturing, i wish marushin still made the m500.
Anyone know a guide on how to get the charging handles off and replace them with new ones? I ordered them so I want to look into it a bit.

Also anyone have redwolf coupons?
Those will work, however, the new ones will not properly fit to the tube by default, so you'll need to remove a few millimeters of material from each arm to make them fit. It's kind of hard to describe but you can see the part here, all the way on the right. The bit under the hole needs to be extended slightly further towards the left so it fits. I could use a RedWolf coupon too.
