This looks kinda cool too.
why is finding a single m4 lower reciever so hard
i need a G&P M16A1/M733 lower reciever for something (since they're the only recievers i know of with the right bits i want) but they're like £100 new
the whole gun is only £200 but i don't want the whole gun, and i don't want to spend that much for a bunch of bits i'm not gonna use and a reciever i'm gonna attack with power tools
I've never seen receiver halves sold separately for those. I think you'd have to bite the bullet and buy a complete receiver set for whatever you need.
if i can find one second hand then that'd be amazing due to lower cost + people often sell them as seperate halves/are likely to split them + i don't really want to fuck up a perfectly good brand new reciever with power tools
ASGI is now carrying CYMA MP5Ks.
Why.
I don't need to waste money hnnnng.
Im gonna open my ak tomorrow after school. I need to make it work again so I can sell it.l but unfortunately most players at my field associate AKs with ”hadjis”. But others have wonderful AKs like this guu who has a full east german loadout. I'd fuck that 74

Galaxy makes the greatest MP5K clone known to man. Don't bother with a CYMA.
Am I missing something or did cyma suddenly go from "good" to "awful" around here?

Galaxy and Cyma are probably made in the same sweatshop.
Naw, people love CYMA still, but I've never really hopped on the bandwagon. I'm a remnant of the days when CYMA was godawful and I still hold a grudge.
And while you're most likely right Taepo, Galaxy has good QC. I've owned 2 and both were fantastic, although the first one had the back end of the receiver snap open when a friend of mine fell down a hill while holding onto it.
I had a guy offer me $100 for it when he thought it was an Echo 1. I told him it was a galaxy and he bumped it up to $175 immediately. He claimed that he used to have one that he put inside of a CA B&T metal body, and it was the best MP5 he'd ever owned.
Too bad they're a bit challenging to get a hold of nowadays.
I have a CYMA AK and I love it.
However I probably wouldn't buy another one simply because I've gotten to the point where I'm buying my guns (aegs that is) solely on externals because I'm going to completely change the internals anyways.
I still recommend them as starter/budget guns though
CYMA isnt bad, but they're not good like JG, GG, KWA, VFC, etc.
I'd buy a bunch of CYMA AKs and just have one super-upgraded gearbox that I switch between the bodies, then just sell the spare gearboxes.
Ya the externals are more important imo. Jg's are bad in that department, and kwa's can be a mixed bag.
Lol JG is crap except for the motor. I'd buy a CYMA a hell of alot faster than I would a JG
I've never seem jg internals. All I knew was that the externals are all mediocre plastic and pot metal.
Man clones really have come a long way
The gears on my JG M16 shredded the wires.
JG's wiring is probably the shittiest part of them
Almost all of the external screws on my JG G36c have stripped, I can't even disassemble it all the way.
Internals on it were fairly rugged but very mediocre.
JG/Echo 1's fetish for 400fps or more really irks me too.
CYMA stepped up their game when they started cloning VFC internals and externals on their AK series guns.
I have a (former) JG M4 and currently the externals are made out of wood, brass pipe and duct tape and the only JG parts left on the inside are the AR latch and the cylinder.
Also when I bought my JG M16 from a friend he had snapped the receiver tabs somehow and held it together with duct tape. I swapped that out for the receiver from my A&K SPR right away. And now with the M16 front end broken the SPR front end is back on the gun.
My JG AK is broken until I replace the wiring. Everything else was pretty sturdy, although not as good as my CYMA.
I use the externals on my TM AK. :/

I know a girl who mistook it as an early American flag once.
