finland isn't technically overseas but the concept of overseas prices still apply and who says i was talking about the states
Does it cost anything to have your air rifle's power checked by a gunsmith? if so, around how much?
but it's a pain in the ass to import this kind of stuff to the states, so any way you have it prices will be marked up. it's that one economic rule in which if something is "Made in ____ ", it will be cheaper in ____. So because 80% of quality airsoft guns/parts are made in Taiwan(the other 18% is the HIGH QUALITY JAPAN and the other 2% is CYMA and Dboys AKs), the made in Taiwan airsoft stuff will be cheaper, because stores can buy in bulk+cheap labor+no need to pay for trades and royalties, etc. So the material cost of a G&G Combat Machine M4 is only worth around $70-$75 USD, but because so many of them are made, and stores can buy them in giant bulk, they can sell them for around $80-$85 USD and still make huge amounts of profit. Whereas in America, we have to pay around $150 for a CM M4, because we have to pay basically for the overseas shipping, overseas labor, increased prices from non-overseas sources and whatnot. When we buy an Aimpoint for example, we have to pay not only for the sight, but also for the trademarks and the word "Aimpoint" inscribed into the side, whereas the Taiwanese only have to pay for the Aimpoint itself.
Does it cost anything to have your air rifle's power checked by a gunsmith? if so, around how much?
By "air rifle" I assume you mean that panther artillery thing, in which case you could use a chronograph. Most if not every airsoft store or workshop has one, and it's free to use, but I don't know if they'd let you shoot a pellet gun in their store.

Hm. I just got a trade offer for my KWA Km4 w/ 6.02 509mm barrel, VFG, and rail panels wired to deans. They offered a KWA G18c w/ original and extended mag, a Replica 3x FTS magnifier, and $100. I'm thinking go for it.

So, in the continuing saga of getting a refund from RedWolf for a seized gun, I think it is a little bit suspicious that the first morning Andy didn't immediately reply to me is the one right after I closed the Paypal dispute. Now their office is closed for the weekend. Problem is, I think the 60-day Paypal refund window closes tomorrow, which means they'll either have to send me money as a gift or as a payment with fees. Has anyone tried calling their office for assistance? I think I might try that Sunday night right when they open.

Hello IFAP, I think I am going to go for a G&P and this is the recommended LiPo. http://redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Batteries_7_4_V_Batteries_G_P_7_4v_1200mAh_20C_Lithium_Polymer_Rechargeable_Battery_C_Deans.htm I am 100% new to LiPos and would like to know which charger would go best with this battery (preferably under $50)
IMAX b6 charger. Also, don't buy that battery. Go to hobby king and get a turnigy or turnigy nanotech instead
OK, Thanks.
This is the most legit springer pistol I have seen: http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_42&products_id=37396 Hi-cap .45 mag ftw
So I guess the Izmash's decision to make an airsoft ak was real http://en.rian.ru/russia/20120712/174570733.html
So I guess the Izmash's decision to make an airsoft ak was real http://en.rian.ru/russia/20120712/174570733.html
Maybe Izhmash will make airsoft AN-94 and AK-12 next.
it better damn well be Real Sword quality if they used modified real steel parts from Izmash and used it for their externals I'd jizz everywhere
So I guess the Izmash's decision to make an airsoft ak was real http://en.rian.ru/russia/20120712/174570733.html
what if it operates a real gun and doesnt require you to use gas or batteries
That would change airsoft forever. No more spending shitloads of emone on chargers, batteries, gas. No more needing to take apart the gun to make it work or shit. Easier maintenance. But its kinda impossible to do that, I would think. Unless you put the bbs into a small shell with like 1 grain of gunpowder. At that point you would just use real guns with "airsoft bullets"
THE NEW [del]KWA[/del] IZHMASH [del]GIMMICK GUN[/del] REAL ACTION AIRSOFT GUN IS GONNA BE A REAL GAME CHANGER FOR THE AIRSOFT INDUSTRY -asgi (vidya related)
as awesome as it would be, it would in the end cost more to buy ammo than just BBs
