My mystery box shipped. 5.5 pounds. What do you think it is?
Dragon dildos with Evike logos My Evike order should be here in a few days, ASGI probably a little longer because they called saying I had to confirm over the phone that the BBs will be backordered, so I did that, then the next day a different guy called about the same thing so I just sent an email saying I already called back :v:

cute little russian sniper daw. right.
even though he probably didn't, I can't help but to think he wore all that gear (without looking in the mirror) to look menacingly tactical
even though he probably didn't, I can't help but to think he wore all that gear (without looking in the mirror) to look menacingly tactical
or to stay warm russias cold you know
Guys, I found a M4 length M203 heat shield. only $51.50 directly from bushmaster. Worth it to put on my XM?
A BOX OF UNCIRCUMCISED GOOK PENISES
weird, I could've sworn I urinated using it this morning... [editline]3rd August 2012[/editline] oh shit pageking
even though he probably didn't, I can't help but to think he wore all that gear (without looking in the mirror) to look menacingly tactical
But he's only wearing a uniform, vest, balaclava, and helmet. The Russians have shown time and time again that war isn't a fashion show. They fight to win.
But he's only wearing a uniform, vest, balaclava, and helmet. The Russians have shown time and time again that war isn't a fashion show. They fight to win.
key word probably didn't
But he's only wearing a uniform, vest, balaclava, and helmet. The Russians have shown time and time again that war isn't a fashion show. They fight to win.
Yet they hired a fashion designer to design their new BDUs and dress uniforms
Yet they hired a fashion designer to design their new BDUs and dress uniforms
I don't see any Russian soldiers giving a fuck. [editline]3rd August 2012[/editline]
key word probably didn't
I just find it really hard to laugh at pictures of Russian soldiers trying to stay warm in larger shitholes than most other soldiers in the world as of the past 10-15 years.
I just find it really hard to laugh at pictures of Russian soldiers trying to stay warm in larger shitholes than most other soldiers in the world right now.
me neither, same goes for Africa especially but you see a lot of people sniggering at their wear; if you've found any one of them entertaining to a degree, your point is moot
me neither, same goes for Africa especially but you see a lot of people sniggering at their wear; if you've found any one of them entertaining to a degree, your point is moot
Except the shit going down in Africa is fucked up on all sides. I don't really know what to trust of Africa's wars so I tend to assume they're all pricks. And the people that wear that stupid shit over in Africa (Like on that African rebels tumblr) do it because they think they look like a pimp in flashy clothing, not to stay warm or to protect themselves.
me neither, same goes for Africa especially but you see a lot of people sniggering at their wear; if you've found any one of them entertaining to a degree, your point is moot
I think there may be a difference between russian soldiers wearing extra gear to keep warm and african civil war militants wearing wigs and dresses because they believe that bullets would hit a woman. Maybe.
not good to generally think they're all pricks; you're almost doing the same thing you were pointing out I was doing; and for all we know they could be shots of non-rebels/civillians/etc [editline]3rd August 2012[/editline] Not to mention I don't fully trust what Russia did during the Chechen/Georgian wars was too correct either
Well then the point still stands because they're intentionally making themselves look like fools. It's African gangsta fashion, just they happen to be engaged in some fucked up war and are holding some kind of gun. Maybe I shouldn't say I think they're all pricks but I sure as hell don't know which forced militia of untrained AK-wielding civilians to feel bad for, so I find it hard to feel bad for any of them. And to be honest looking into and researching some 400th odd African civil war isn't in my best interests. Although I'm with you on not trusting what Russia did in either of those places either. But the same can be said for most armies. For instance, it's a bit scary to hear stories of US soldiers just shooting up random civilians. Just the difference is armies waging war with various global agendas != warlords waging war in Africa. [editline]3rd August 2012[/editline] That's not to glorify the global agendas of countries either. But it's still two very different situations.
you forgot to mention the media is spotty in Russia as opposed to the US, wherein the US if we try anything funny it's reported relatively quickly as opposed to Russia and her last three wars, they could be doing serious shit like blowing up buildings also as far as wear goes, I assume the African rebels wear more clothong to denote rank, as I see child soldiers with less flashy wear as opposed to adults who wear more flashier clothes; also it's not the first time we've remarked on how a soldier looks on the field, why all of the sudden? [editline]3rd August 2012[/editline] don't forget Gadaffi's rebels whom NATO did support who also wore funny shit

[editline]3rd August 2012[/editline] don't forget Gadaffi's rebels whom NATO did support who also wore funny shit
It's not a thing of rank it's a thing of power. I don't want to be racist but the same shit happens over here when a bunch of black people get together and wave guns around. I think the difference is over in Africa they don't really have any standard of "this shows power" so they just wear flashy shit trying to look king-like. That's how I see it at least. But as for news coverage? That's the whole reason Russia's past wars have been really fucking sketchy. That's why I agree with you on that, I literally can't find anything solid about Chechnya or Georgia (bit more on Georgia though). As far as we know they are doing serious shit, but I highly doubt the wholesale slaughter of civilians in genocide, or something of the like, was on their repertoire while in either place. Especially not while in Georgia. Again, they fight to win, and there's probably a reason 90% of pictures that come out of the Chechen conflict are set in incredibly fucked up and destroyed villages.
If I had to guess, I imagine a lot of Russians in command who had served during Afghanistan have learned that you can't subdue or win over a population. So they probably start a war just like America with shock and awe and the like, but when it comes to occupation or when the conflict gets disorganized, they get tough and don't lighten up on the firepower. Kind of a merciless war that encourages the enemy to make peace with Russia, so Russia can have an absolute lead in negotiations.
Not to mention I don't fully trust what Russia did during the Chechen/Georgian wars was too correct either
This is supposedly a video of a Georgian soldier wildly firing on civilian apartments and cheering, but it's from RT so I'm not sure how much I want to trust it. And you can hear explosions so unless one of the Georgian vehicles has an AGS on it people are shooting at them. But I wouldn't doubt that they were firing on apartments that didn't even have combatants in them. [editline]3rd August 2012[/editline] Also the Georgian conflict supposedly started because Georgian soldiers fired on Russian peacekeepers so if that's the case then Russia's actions are completely justified.
For what it's worth, African militias wear clothing for a variety of wacky reasons. Some because they think it looks stylish. Others because UN-supplied castoffs are all they have. Yet more for unit recognition in lieu of uniforms. Some wear things like life vests in the mistaken belief that they can stop bullets. Others crossdress because their religion tells them that death won't take men who act like women (it's weird, don't question it). As for looking good vs fighting hard, they're completely unrelated. The Germans looked badass in WW2 (Hugo Boss anyone?) and fought hard. The French Resistance had cobbled-together streeclothes and they fought just as strongly. Who cares? If it looks stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.

Then I get to buy stanag mids and cry because what is saving monies

Oh jesus, ASGI called again about the backorder. Apparently the guy who picked up when my dad called didn't record it down on our order document, so this time I'm asking to speak to Tyler Wassgren who has been working on the order. I guess calling right before they closed wasn't the best :v: [editline].[/editline] It's all good now. We called again and now the order is moving along.
i wear clothes
