I have at least $2500 in my bank account and another $330 in cash and none of it is really going anywhere for a long time. And I'll probably be getting a new job over the summer as well so that will be more money that won't be going anywhere until I actually go to college.
Wow, that's a very respectable amount of cash, certainly enough for a very high quality primary, pistol, and loadout, even by Canadian prices and leaving stuff in the bank. So post up some loadouts you like and we'll like vote on them and advise you and stuff.
you totally should have some milsim experience under your belt for MR, shit's supposed to be ~HCORE~ not East Wind ~HCORE~, but 20+ hours straight no sleep ~HCORE~
I can do 20+ hours without sleep. I mean you're trusting Kyle to be able to that even.
I can do 20+ hours without sleep. At the very least you should get your stuff and wear it all day for like a weekend. Plus, you'll need to get used to the weapons you get, don't bring something untested to a major game, or you'll end up sitting out for the majority of it when something inevitably goes wrong.

I gotta get my 226 back up for MR too, never got to really field it properly. [editline]10th April 2012[/editline]
its not that bad, milsims are generally pretty slow so you get lots of time to rest
Idk yo, all the milsims I've been to we don't get much rest. We're always either out patrolling or in a firefight. For Wolverines 3 we were out for around 7-8 hours straight, with like a 15 minute break while we were interrogating the prisoners. Unless you count the 20+ minutes we had when we were lying down in the snow for an ambush.

They're running generic plate carriers in Afghanistan so finding the right vest isn't a big deal) [editline]10th April 2012[/editline]
Plus, you'll need to get used to the weapons you get, don't bring something untested to a major game, or you'll end up sitting out for the majority of it when something inevitably goes wrong.
This is why I refuse to fix my M16. I know it's going to have a massive amount of problems once I get it to actually fire again.

I personally vote for the Serbian or Norwegian. PLA seems too out of place for me, and while I love the Real Sword Type 97, the rest just doesn't seem particularly interesting. The VDV has a nice camo scheme and a storied history, but it looks too close to multicam operator lameness, and I imagine its very hard to procure a lot of the bits involved. [editline]10th April 2012[/editline] Also: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NORWEGIAN-M-75-CAMO-RARE-FIELD-JACKET-NATO-70-80-90-00-/360449028776?pt=US_CSA_MC_Outerwear&hash=item53ec6fb2a8 http://www.epicmilitaria.com/product.php/1188/norwegian-camouflage-bdu-trousers That solves your BDU problem if the jacket fits, but finding the jacket in an actual shop seems tough.

So I likely won't do the Norwegian loadout. And you can buy everything you need for the VDV loadout on Soviet Propaganda except for the BDU, but those are easy enough to come by. I think UN got priority over the vehicles.
Norway sounds awesome and it's definitely do-able. I've seen the BDU's.. somewhere. That's my vote.
taep, do a chechnya spetsnaz loadout hoods and face wraps go [editline]10th April 2012[/editline] badass as fuck

Welding mask with no visor, OD Gorka, Smersh or Lazutchik and AKM.

I might get a KLMK Gorka if I do that though, I'm not sure if that or OD would look better.
I'm actually looking to get KLMK (berezka) from that one polish site for MR, we should totally joint order~ http://www.frontowiec.com/index.php?p1792,sumrak-yellow-dubok-camouflage-suit-56-58-170 i mean, it's no GORKA, but it's pretty damn awesome
I'll probably get my stuff from Soviet Propaganda so I can get everything except the welding mask from one place.
My flashlight already fell out of the scope mount =( [editline]10th April 2012[/editline] Also, forgot to mention it over the weekend, but we got to see one of those co2/water mortars in action. Out of 4 mortars, only one worked. It was still pretty cool.
taep, they have Serbian camo on cheaperthandirt.com
If anyone wants FSB muzzle brakes this guy has a couple for sale http://www.red-alliance.net/forum/index.php?topic=19840.0

http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=38163 WE M4 AEG. Not sure how to feel about this but brb, emailing them about making a FA-MAS
Even with all of their faults, you have to give WE credit for always putting new products on the market. [sp]you can give RA tech credit for perfecting them haha.[/sp] But if their m4 has standard compatibility I definitely say it is worth a gamble for $200.

Someone finally made a Replica Mepro Israeli Sight. [t]http://www.uncompany.com/images/chinamade-sc-0039-1x24-rds_big.jpg[/t] I already have a Tavor though so I don't have any real need aside from the occasion I feel like running an IDF loadout without it which seems kinda dull.
