Maybe instead of a movie that look goofy they work on a Warcraft 4 RTS?
The only way this would make sense is if they only had enough money to make one or the other and Activision Blizzard is practically made of money down to the sub-atomic level at this point so I don't think it matters.
And if the film was actually, you know... being made by Blizzard.
And if the film was actually, you know... being made by Blizzard.
I'm pretty sure Blizzard has a hand in it :v:.
Not a whole lot beyond Metzen helping develop the script. It's Legendary Pictures with ILM doing the CGI.
i'm really supprised they haven't released ANY trailers yet [editline]2nd September 2015[/editline]
The only way this would make sense is if they only had enough money to make one or the other and Activision Blizzard is practically made of money down to the sub-atomic level at this point so I don't think it matters.
ya they're mostly limited by manpower at this point, they've got a dev team on their FPS, they have hearthstone, Heroes, diablo, WoW, WoW dev team, and then their network people holding it all together. money isn't the issue its how many resources they have able to throw at it
Well that's how this movie is going to work. The Orcs are CG, the Humans are live action. Makes sense to me. [editline]1st September 2015[/editline] Besides, at the end of the day it does make sense to have the humans be live action since this is a movie, and it would be easier on the budget to not make the humans CG.
Well obviously that's how it's going to be and I don't have an interest in seeing it because of that, especially with cg orcs mixed into live action. and that's fine, I'm obviously just not the target demographic for this film.
The reason they can't make a full on trailer cinematic movie is the amount of time it takes to make one. IIRC (might be wrong here but fairly sure Im correct) it took them about 6 months - 1 year to make the WOTLK cinematic trailer.
