Your speaking out of your ass. Try looking up accredited tests from sources that are third party and have not recieved any funding from the government, big pharma, and tobacco & alcohol.

I realize there isn't as many people who get addicted to weed. I was just throwing it out there because it is apparently possible.
I never said you were speaking out of your ass, but out of ignorance. You know nothing from firsthand experience, therefore any information you have is the warped interpretation of others and not your own perception. Try and garner a little experience before you get so snappy.
It's kind of a fact that alcohol is more harmful than marijuana. Like, there's nothing to suggest that Marijuana alone does more damage to your body that Alcohol. I don't know why this is even a debate.

I'd rather not go smoke weed just because of a bunch of druggies telling me marijuana is the most unharmful thing on the planet.

Uh huh. Sorry that I don't go surfing the internet for "credible" sources. I searched "weed symptoms" and that is what popped up. Sue me.

The only reason you don't think of alcohol that way is because of drinking culture

Don't make claims if you can't back them up.

Oh yes, I'm a druggy. In fact, I'm posting this right now from my Omega on skidrow.
All we're saying is that you have no information with which to back your claims, which you don't. You obviously aren't educated on the subject if you google "Weed symptoms" in order to force an argument.
deaded38 you really need to educate yourself before you come back to this section. All your posts in it are ignorant and bias with little to no evidence.

Unfortunately this is the majority. Most people have little to no experience with "issues" that they have strong opinions on. Ignorance is a powerful fuel for argument.
The only reason you don't think of alcohol that way is because of drinking culture
This. Alcohol was once banned too. Alcohol is also bad for you, your body considers it a toxin and it has to be filtered. Drinking alcohol can lead to 3 liver conditions: fatty liver, hepatitis, and cirrhosis.
Heavy alcohol drinking may cause some of the following medical problems.
Heart disease
High blood pressure
Stroke
Liver disease
Kidney disease
Heartburn and stomach ulcers
Lowered immune system
Sexual dysfunction
Sleep disorders
Cancer
Searching up "marijuana dangers" comes up with a variety of poorly designed websites with no credible references cited to back-up their claims, yet they are at the forefront of searching up marijuana dangers.
From reliable sources, the only backed-up and researched danger of Marijuana is cancer, however, THC and the various other cannaboids are currently being tested in treating cancer and reputable 3rd party studies have shown that cancer rates of the average "stoner" is equal to, or slightly lower (statistically insigificant) than the average non-stoner.
I feel this debate has no real direction though because the ignorance surrounding weed is too prevalent. Many government studies have been pushed without 3rd-party confirmation to "prove" the dangers of marijuana, even if the studies are often full of confirmation bias and other various problems.
Alcohol was once illegal too, by the way.
Marijuana being banned is similar to Alchohol being banned, in that it's still really easy to get and all it does is have money funnel into the pockets of criminals. If it were unbanned, it would be easier to regulate and would deal a blow to drug cartels. I mean I wouldn't cripple or kill them, but it would still put a nice dent in them.
I find it funny that the same people who advocate for fighting the drug cartels also want Marijuana to stay illegal. It's such a conflicting message.
I have smoked weed and drank every weekend for 2 years and i'm underage, nothings happened. At all.

I did and it told me that cannabis has a hepatic protective effect.
Then again I think if your liver is talking to you, perhaps you should moderate your usage.

I've never smoked pot (Minus passive smoke) and I posted in favour of it being less harmful than alcohol. Why? Because it is. I still choose to drink instead though.
